It was our first order of the half cow share and we were a little nervous about the quality at first. Prior to this purchase, we had tried butcher box and thrive market but the taste were just ok for those.
However, the meat from this farm was tender and flavorful!
Plus all the health benefit from this these cows. Grassfed, born, raised and processed at the same FARM.
It was also super easy to get the delivery and put everything away into our deep freezer. We probably have more than 1 year worth of meat for 2 of us.
We were foodies and we know sometimes health and taste can't be balanced but this meat provided us both! We seared the steak and used the bigger cut for meatballs. They were delicious!
