Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Acceptance

Deliveries to the shipping address provided are deemed delivered upon carrier confirmation. HalfCowForSale.com is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery (including “porch piracy”). Upon delivery, promptly bring products indoors and place in a freezer. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery and provide photos of the box, labels, inner packaging, and product.

HalfCowForSale.com will have the exclusive right to; establish whether the problem reported meets the criteria to be classified as a problem related to an order; determine whether to provide a reimbursement or an allowance for a future purchase; calculate the total amount of money to be reimbursed or credited; Establish if any proof needs to be presented to confirm the order issuance; and/or ask the customer to send back the item(s) to the store for them to receive a reimbursement or credit. Customers may be required to provide reasonable proof (including photos, order number, and lot codes) and/or return the product to process a remedy. HalfCowForSale.com has the right to refuse a request or cancel a credit if there is any suspicion of deception or misuse.

    Typographical Errors & Cancellations

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled prior to processing without penalty if we have not yet begun preparing or butchering the product. Once an order has entered processing or butchering, it may not be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value to cover costs already incurred. The exact fee will be determined at the sole discretion of HalfCowForSale.com based on the stage of processing. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
