Refund Policy
Unless covered below in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee outlined in the Terms and Conditions, all sales are considered final and cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Individuals who have experienced an issue with their purchase are eligible to obtain a refund or credit if they meet the conditions of the Guarantee. To be eligible, a customer must:
- Submit a report — Notify our team of any urgent shipping or missing-item issues within 24 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery of the order, or within 30 days of delivery for any other issue listed below.
Qualifying Issues
Customers may receive either a refund or a credit equal to the amount they paid for the item toward a future purchase if one of the following applies:
- Damaged item(s) (24 Hours) — The product arrived damaged or not suitable for use.
- Missing item (24 Hours) — The order was incomplete and the item(s) was not included in the delivered package(s).
- Dissatisfaction (30 Days) — The customer was displeased with any quality standards related to the product.
Proof Requirement
To process a claim, customers must provide reasonable proof such as photographs of the shipping box, inner packaging, shipping label, and product condition. In some cases, the return of the unused portion may be required.
Return Conditions
If a return is authorized, products must:
- Remain in their original packaging;
- Be properly refrigerated or frozen in accordance with safe food handling practices; and
- Not be improperly stored, excessively thawed, discarded, or fully consumed before inspection.
Products that have been improperly handled, stored, or prepared after delivery are not eligible for reimbursement.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Software products available for download
- Certain wellness and personal care items
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing by HalfCowForSale.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled after processing has begun may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. “Processing” may include inventory allocation, production scheduling, packaging preparation, fulfillment planning, or shipment coordination.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or issued as store credit where applicable.
Company Rights
HalfCowForSale.com may provide a reimbursement or allowance if only part of a product is absent or harmed. This offer is non-transferable. HalfCowForSale.com has the exclusive right to:
- Determine whether the reported issue qualifies under this policy;
- Decide whether to provide a refund or store credit;
- Establish the total amount to be reimbursed or credited; and
- Require proof, such as photos or return of the product.
HalfCowForSale.com reserves the right to refuse a request or cancel a credit if there is any suspicion of fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
